- Peak Season – 10 December to 15 January – on application
- Mid Season – 16 January to 28 February @ R6 900 per night – (5 night minimum)
- High Season – 1 March to 4 May @ R7 500 per night – (7 night minimum)
- Low Season – 5 May to 31 October @ R6 500 per night – (3 nights over a weekend)
- Mid Season – 1 November to 30 November @ R7 000 per night – (5 night minimum)
- High Season – 1 December to 9 December @ R11 000 per night – (7 night minimum)
- There is an additional R1 500 once off service fee to prepare the house
- and to clean & do linen on the day you leave
- Easter weekend rates are R9 000 (7 night minimum)
- Minimum stays:
- School holidays & high season – 7 nights
- Low season over weekends – 4 nights
- Low season midweek – 2 nights
